This year there are medals for 500, 1500 and 2000 miles and two options for 1000 – Standard and Premium. (NB – if you’ve signed up for Walk1000miles+ and selected the medal option you don’t need to order your medal from the shop.)
The Premium 1000-mile completer medal features a 3D rendering of the iconic Matterhorn – a symbol of the mighty alp you’ll have scaled in reaching your skyscraping 1000 miles, and it comes with a motto to match.
