LOVE TAKING PICTURES? LOVE TO GET BETTER? YOU COULD JOIN COUNTRY WALKING ON A PHOTO RAMBLE WITH A FUJIFILM EXPERT!

It won’t have escaped your notice that the wonderful Fujifilm are #walk1000miles’ Photography partner this year, and they’d really like to meet you. In June we headed out with a lovely group of walk 1000 milers and friends from Fujifilm for a fantastic photography walk - albeit in the pouring rain!! With such a success we’re running a second walk on 5 September, and hoping for better weather!

If you’re keen on photography – and anxious to improve – we’d like to invite you on a couple of hours’ walk from Country Walking’s Peterborough base, in the company of one of Fujifilm's expert camera trainers and keen walkers, eager to share their know-how. You’ll be equipped with a Fujifilm camera for the walk, given lunch, chat with CW staff and go home with a goody bag and a memory card full of your pics.

Eight spots are available, so check the terms below and enter via the form. We can’t wait to see you!

Just upload a photo you’re proud of and tell us how you’d like to improve to be in with a chance of bagging one of eight spots on 5 September 2019.

Specific terms and conditions:

Competition open from 9am on Wednesday 31st July 2019 and closes 5pm on Wednesday 14th August 2019 and open to UK residents aged 18 and over.

Entrants must be available between 11am and 14.30pm on Thursday 5th September 2019 and able to take part in a 2 hour walk from the Bauer Media office at Media House, Peterborough Business Park, Lynchwood, Peterborough, PE2 6EA. Entrants must arrange getting to and from the location themselves by the times specified above – no travel or costs will be provided.

To enter the competition, readers must enter their name, email address, upload a photo (example of photography) and answer the question ‘What would you like to learn in photography?’.

8 winners will be chosen at random and contacted on Thursday 15th August 2019 from all valid entries. The winners will be notified by email and have 7 days to respond before an alternative winner is chosen.

The 8 winners will join members from Country Walking on a walk with members from Fujifilm, including one of their photography experts. Each winner will be given access to a Fujifilm camera to use for the duration of the walk. The Fujifilm expert will be on hand to offer advice and tips on taking photos on the walk. The winners will also receive lunch after the walk, and a goody bag. Other than the above no food, drink, accommodation or travel costs will be provided to winners.
